This funicular ride saves your energy and time. It is just one of the several options to reach Castle Hill from the Chain Bridge, Zero Km Stone to the Royal Palace area.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO: It’s open on a daily basis from 7.30 am to 10 pm and the cars run every 5 minutes. The fare is 3000 HUF for adults and 2000 HUF for kids (3-15 years old)
The queue can be very long occasionally. If you want to use it the other way around, we finish our Buda Castle Tour close to its stop at the Royal Palace.
